Comic Books, Youth, and Social Security?

This just in from the Social Security Administration (SSA): During the 1950s and 1960s, the SSA published a series of comic books on Social Security-related topics in an effort to reach America’s youth, who in those days used comic books as their hottest medium of communication.

In contrast, Chapter 6: The “File and Suspend” Approach to Maximizing Benefits investigates how the spouse of the high earner in the File and Suspend strategy collects benefits while the high earner continues accruing Delayed Retirement Credits (DRCs).
